Actually, with God we can feel good about ourselves. It’s about who we are IN CHRIST. The bible says he makes us into a new creation. Without God, we are nothing. But if we feel we aren’t worth much WITH God, than what does that say about God?

@marter2006 The very fact she calls her self a preacher and hold the position of a pastor make her false. 1Timothy 2:11-12, then there are the requirements to be a pastor found in 1Timothy 3:1-7. So unless your an uber-liberal who takes liberty in ignoring, changing and perverting the timeless truth of God’s word, you have to agree Joyce Meyer is clearly in a position not meant for her. Thus a FALSE TEACHER.

You serve others and learn to forget all about praise for yourself, then you become a better person, thus have a higher self image, thats what Joyce means. Nothing about Joyce Meyer is false.
