I completely understand your dilema. I too am in love with my best friend. I have been in a relationship for almost 10 years. My best friend of 15 years and I have tried to have a relationship before but it never worked out (maybe we were just too young or maybe it just wasn’t meant to be). It was a slap in the face when he ran off and married my roommate I really thought him and I would never speak again. But after he got out of the service and moved back, we picked right back up where we left off. He knows more about me that anyone I’ve ever known.
I really thought that I had moved on when I entered the relationship I am in now. My current bf and I get along great and things seem perfect. But then I talk to the bestie and start doubting myself. We confessed our love for each other not too long ago and now he’s all I can seem to think about. I don’t know what to do!

The ego of the man is one of the problems that a woman is facing in a relationship. Most “every guy comes with an natural pride within himself”, that cannot be taken away from him unless he is willing to change his attitude, however, I guess the girl should actually seek some advice or read books about relationship, like what you have mentioned. Exactly, but of course people who are critical will never understand that. They will always find a reason to degrade people working for the church that make a good living from it. I think they are truly envious, they think that they shouldn’t have to pay a small fine to listen to a preachers sermons, everything should be handed to them on a silver platter. Joyce was given a gift, and made something out of it. I bet they are the same people who don’t give donations during church services.
